Another Star Wars based commercial for Volkswagen pits a commercial of an overweight dog getting back into shape versus their hugely successful “Vader Kid” commercial from last year. The Cantina makes a surprise appearance at the end.

This is a hilarious ad featuring a handful of dogs, dressed as Characters from the movie Star Wars, barking the imperial march. You might remember Volkswagen’s hugly successful “Dark Side” commercial from last year. Oddly, this commercial has nothing to do with cars and accomplishes nothing towards promoting Volkswagen’s actual product line.
